She has held leadership roles in Human Resources, Operations, Finance, Sales, SaaS, Services, Customer Success, Project Management, Marketing and Engineering. Kathy's mission is to inspire and enable others to be the best version of themself. Often described as a nurturing driver, she knows how to successfully get things done through strong employee engagement.

Tracy Loring is a seasoned facilitator, consultant, and certified Expanding Possibilities Executive Coach. She brings over 25 years of experience in talent management, learning and development, team leadership, consulting, facilitation, and coaching. Tracy’s mission is to inspire joy in the world. She helps her clients create more joy in their lives by helping them clarify what they would truly love, uncover how they might hold themselves back, and put structures in place to support them going forward. Her compassionate approach creates a space where her clients can freely express themselves and embrace what they would truly love in their roles, their careers, and their lives.

Carrie Nauyalis, a seasonal go-to-market strategist, PPM product marketer, and innovation/product development thought leader, has parlayed her 25 years of corporate experience as a passionate leader and product evangelist into directly helping her coaching clients achieve their personal and professional dreams. She is an active speaker, MBA guest lecturer, and social media content developer, with warm places in her heart for positive psychology and eliminating debt.

His blend of technical acumen, emotional intelligence, and leadership development skills makes him a sought-after coach, facilitator, and speaker for leaders at all levels. A stage IV cancer survivor/thriver, Andy is dynamic, bold, and caring—bringing forth deep awareness, truth, and action for leaders and their teams.

Jess Pigott is the Business Development Partner for E Equals Why and the Founder of LatticePoints, LLC. A career Strategic Operator with more than 20 years of executive operations experience, Jess acts as an Orchestrator for leadership teams — specializing in the execution mechanics required to turn high-level vision into scalable, friction-free business systems. Her alignment with the E3 Leadership Code is firsthand; she is a graduate of the Spring 2025 E3 Leadership Bootcamp cohort and a long-standing member of the E3 community. In her role, Jess focuses on expanding awareness across all leadership offerings while building the strategic pathways and client relationships needed to sustain the community's growth. Holding a Chief of Staff certification, a Scrum Master certification, and a Six Sigma Green Belt, she is based out of Cedar Park, Texas. Jess pairs data-driven planning with a strong belief that leadership can and should be more human.
